I've been using Maxsponder for about a year and must say that
I'm impressed. The software is excellent but more importantly,
the support is first rate.
I recently had a problem with my servers' operating system
which caused Maxsponder to stop working properly. I was about
to freak because Maxsponder generates a good deal of revenue
for me. My host couldn't track down the problem and neither
could I. One call to John at Maxsponder was all it took for
him to identify and fix it.
Excellent job! The help I got went way beyond just supporting
Maxsponder.

Before purchasing Maxsponder, I searched but couldn't find
anything that came close to the price/feature ratio that Maxsponder
offers. Its comprehensive features and recent upgrades make
it
an extremely competitive and desirable product for end users.
I am particularly impressed with the service. I have not found

We had been looking for an automated autoresponder system
for over a year and in fact purchased one from another company
we were unhappy with. When we found that maximumscripts.com
had one for sale we looked it over and decided to give it
a try and boy are we happy we did! The folks at big-web, in
particular Steven C, are simply the most customer driven folks
it has been our pleasure to deal with in the 4+ years we have
been doing business on the net!
The installation of this products was done in less than a
day. Steve put up with endless questions from us about this
and that including sending us a sign up script not included
with the software. And you know what, he did not charge us
a penny extra for this additional service. We are sales people
and know very little about cgi scripts and how they work.
Steven C went out of his way to make sure we were happy and
understood everything we needed to know.
I can not say enough about this company and Steven C. I will
purchase any products they offer in the future that fits our
business needs, NO questions asked.
Folks I'm telling you, if you need a database or autoresponder
script you are foolish for buying for them elsewhere. You
WILL NOT get better service
and the $499 autoresponder script price is a steal!
